What is Zoreli?

Zoreli is a space where classic elegance meets modern style. We create everyday outfits that highlight your individuality and make you feel special – always in tune with quality, simplicity, and timeless class.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – every delivery is completely free of charge. There is no minimum order amount or hidden conditions – we simply believe that delivery should be easy and stress-free.

How long is the delivery?

Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days (from Monday to Saturday). As soon as we pack your order and hand it over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link – this way, you can check exactly where your package is.

Do you ship abroad?

We currently carry out deliveries to Poland, Great Britain, and the United States. We focus on providing the best possible experience with local shopping. If in the future we expand the delivery range to other countries, we will first inform our community about it.

What is your return policy?

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return products. Just write to us at info@zoreli.pl, and we will guide you step by step on how to send the package back.

How long does the refund take?

After accepting the return, we usually process the refund within 7 business days. However, please remember that the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank and may take a little longer.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, of course. If you want to exchange the product for a different size or model, write to us at info@zoreli.pl, and we will help you find the best solution.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Zorela, you can pay conveniently and safely using: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Blik. All payments are made in Polish zlotys (PLN), British pounds (GBP), and US dollars (USD).

Are my data and payments secure?

First, check the tracking link we sent you in the email after shipping. If more than 7 business days have passed and the package still hasn't arrived, write to us at info@zoreli.pl, and we will immediately look into the matter.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, there is a chance we can modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to help.
