The Terms and Conditions also cover products and services made available through the Service.

You have 30 days from the date of order delivery to request a return.

Return conditions

To accept a return, the product must be:

unused,
in original condition,
sent back with complete packaging and tags.

We do not charge any additional fees for returns – transparency is fundamental to us.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend choosing registered shipping to ensure the package safely reaches us.

Refund

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment operator may need a few additional days to process the funds.
